Service 01
AI Strategy & Readiness
Help clients identify practical AI opportunities and prepare an implementation
roadmap grounded in the data and knowledge actually available.
Possible activities
- AI opportunity assessment
- Use-case prioritisation
- Data and knowledge readiness assessment
- Solution and enterprise architecture
- Technology and vendor evaluation
- Prototype planning
Service 02
Ontology & Semantic Modelling
Define a shared, machine-readable understanding of the client’s domain so
that terminology, relationships and rules are explicit rather than implied.
Possible activities
- Domain and conceptual modelling
- Ontology design
- Taxonomy and controlled vocabulary development
- RDF, OWL, SKOS and SHACL implementation
- Semantic mapping
- Ontology governance and evolution
Service 03
Knowledge Graph Engineering
Design and implement client-owned knowledge graphs that connect data, content and
business context in a form applications and AI components can query.
Possible activities
- Knowledge graph architecture
- RDF and property-graph implementation
- Entity extraction and entity resolution
- Graph data pipelines
- Graph APIs and query services
- Graph validation, performance and maintenance
Service 04
Knowledge Platforms
Build custom client platforms for managing, exploring and applying organisational
knowledge.
Possible activities
- Knowledge portals
- Semantic search interfaces
- Graph exploration and visualisation
- Knowledge authoring and curation workflows
- Integration with existing enterprise systems
- Access control and knowledge lifecycle management
These are custom platforms designed and built for individual clients, who own the
result. ABC Company does not sell or license a knowledge platform product.
Service 05
Enterprise RAG & Semantic Search
Create retrieval systems that ground language models in approved organisational
information, with citations that let readers check the source.
Possible activities
- Document ingestion and preparation
- Metadata and chunking strategy
- Vector, keyword and hybrid retrieval
- Reranking and context construction
- Citations and source traceability
- Retrieval and answer-quality evaluation
Service 06
GraphRAG Solutions
Combine document retrieval with entities, relationships and graph traversal where
connected context adds value.
Possible activities
- GraphRAG readiness assessment
- Knowledge extraction from documents
- Graph-enhanced retrieval design
- Hybrid vector and graph search
- Relationship-aware context assembly
- GraphRAG evaluation and optimisation
GraphRAG is not automatically better than ordinary RAG. We treat it as an approach
to use when a problem genuinely benefits from relationship-aware retrieval, and we
test that assumption before committing to it.
Service 07
Agentic AI Systems
Design agents that perform bounded tasks using approved data, tools and business
rules.
Possible activities
- Agent and workflow architecture
- Tool, API and MCP integration
- Single-agent and multi-agent orchestration
- Memory and context design
- Human approval and escalation workflows
- Permissions, guardrails and audit trails
We do not design agents on the assumption that they will operate autonomously or
without error. Scope, permissions and escalation paths are defined explicitly.
Service 08
AI-Enabled Web & Software Development
Build user-facing software that turns knowledge and AI capabilities into practical
workflows people will actually use.
Possible activities
- Custom web applications
- Internal business platforms
- AI assistants and decision-support interfaces
- Knowledge-management applications
- Backend services and APIs
- Integration with existing applications
Service 09
Data & Systems Integration
Connect the information sources that knowledge and AI solutions depend on, in a way
that remains maintainable after delivery.
Possible activities
- Data-source discovery and mapping
- ETL and ELT pipelines
- Structured and unstructured data integration
- API and enterprise-system integration
- Data quality and lineage
- Batch and event-driven processing
Service 10
AI Evaluation, Governance & Observability
Help clients measure system quality and establish the controls needed for
responsible operation.
Possible activities
- RAG and agent evaluation frameworks
- Accuracy and relevance testing
- Failure-mode analysis
- Prompt, model and retrieval monitoring
- Knowledge provenance and change control
- Human-in-the-loop governance
This is technical evaluation and governance engineering. We do not provide legal,
regulatory or cybersecurity certification services.
Service 11
Cloud Deployment & AI Operations
Support deployment and ongoing operation of client solutions once they leave the
prototype stage.
Possible activities
- Cloud solution architecture
- Containerised deployment
- CI/CD setup
- Model and application monitoring
- Reliability and cost optimisation
- Maintenance and technical support
Support arrangements are agreed per engagement. We do not currently advertise
round-the-clock cover or formal service-level agreements.
Service 12
Training & Team Enablement
Help client teams understand, extend and maintain the solution after handover.
Possible activities
- Knowledge graph and ontology workshops
- RAG and GraphRAG training
- Agentic AI architecture briefings
- Developer handover and documentation
- Governance and stewardship training
- Executive and stakeholder sessions
